TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The buyer hereby acknowledges that due to the nature of used auto parts, any
liability of ARMautodismantler from all causes shall be limited to the price
paid for the goods sold or provided. If a part sold by ARMautodismantler with a
warranty fails to operate during the stated warranty period, liability shall be
limited to the replacement of the part or a remedy not to exceed the price paid
for the part, at ARMautodismantler.
Guarantee/Warranty
. Parts are not guaranteed to color match.
. Parts are not guaranteed to be insurance quality unless otherwise
stated.
. Mileage on parts are not certified.
. Engines are guaranteed against rod knocks, cracked bolts, and excessive
smoking.
. Transmissions are guaranteed to function properly against grinding, slipping,
or any other issues.
. Any parts left on engine or transmission are not guaranteed to work.
Air Bag:
This Air Bag
must be installed and inspected by a factory trained and certified technician.
Components may be different. Check with the dealer. ArmAutoDismantler will
assume NO liability or warranty related to this air bag or components. Any
recycled air bag that is not installed correctly will subject passengers in a
vehicle to risks of serious injuries, including death. The purchaser of a
recycled air bag assumes all risks of damages or injuries, including death,
which may arise as a result of the improper installation of a recycled air bag.
ArmAutoDismantler makes absolutely NO warranty, express or implied, as to the
fitness for a general or particular purpose or of merchantability in connection
with any sale of recycled air bags. Recycled airbags are not tested to meet any
safety standards.
All warranties are null
and void if:
The vehicle is converted from a private
passenger use to commercial or fleet use, or is used for racing or other
competition or off-road recreational purposes.
. Failure is caused by abuse, misuse, or modifications.
. Failure is caused by using the part for any use other than what was intended
or recommended by the manufacturer.
. The part fails or becomes defective due to the vehicle being involved in a
collision.
. The part is installed or operated outside the
United States
.
. The installed heat tab center is melted or removed.
. The part is sold “As Is” as indicated on the front of invoice or in an
auction’s terms.
. Failure is caused anything other then regular wear and tear.
. Engine oil and filter are not replaced every 4000 miles with oem recommended
oil (must be documented).
. Oil and filter are not replaced at time of instillation (must be documented).
. Vehicle is not serviced at proper intervals recommended by manufacture.
. The part is installed on a vehicle outside the
United States
.
. Any physically damage.
. Part has been taken apart or adjusted in any way.
. Part is not installed properly.
Returns
. No refunds are issued after 14 days.
. No returns or exchange issued after 14 days.
. All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee.
. All part returns must bear our identifying mark.
. Refunds will be given as cash back or company check at our option.
. No refunds on the following.
. Deposits.
. Special order items.
. Body sections cut from a vehicles.
. Parts installed on any vehicle with non factory applications.
. Parts not handled or installed properly.
. Electrical parts.
. Shipping charges.
