Antique Dentist's Wooden Chair Hamilton Mfg. Co. (ca. 1900)

Rare Find - This is an antique wooden early dentist's chair, built by the Hamilton Manufacturing Co. most likely sometime between 1890-1910. It features a carved wooden back, an adjustable metal headrest with pads, adjustable arms, and an adjustable leatherette seat. The Hamilton Manufacturing Co. (now known as Hamilton Industries) was one of the most successful medical manufacturers in the early 20th century. The measurements of the chair are: Width of back of chair: 14” Total height (including headrest): 52” Full length of wooden back: 33” Diameter of seat: 13.5” The chair is in nice condition, no damage to wooden areas. The original leather seat has normal age checking. Two of the metal feet covers are missing. The head pads are missing, but head rests adjust.
