This is by Mae Shigeo (前 志芸男 he passed away and his son take over the name and Chinkin techniques).
Shigeo Mae was a famous Wajima lacquer Chinkin artist who had many prizes not only domestic art exhibition but also Chille Art crafts Exhibition.
