Personally designed by Galen Lehman in response to customer inquiries, this waffle maker is made with a double rim that effectively ends dripping! Plus, cast iron lasts longer, heats more evenly and holds the heat better than cast aluminum. Pre-seasoned and ready to use. Makes 7" diameter waffles. Special hinge design - two halves detach for cleaning. Seasoning instructions included. Works best on gas, also works on electric (but not "induction" or smooth glass cooktops). Dimensions: 5"L iron handle, 14"L overall, 8 lb. Need to re-season your cast-iron cookware? Lightly coat inside and outside with only liquid vegetable oil. Make sure to get all the corners
