    Description

    Up for bid is an ASBURY PARK New Jersey sterling demi souvenir spoon.  The spoon is 4 1/16 inches long and weighs 5 grams. The bowl is stippled and gilded and engraved “ASBURY / PARK”.  The handle has a twist stem and an applied wave finial.  It has not been monogrammed.  The spoon is simply marked “STERLING”.
    Condition on the spoon is fairly good.  The stem is a bit bent, and there are several stubborn spots and normal wear. An unusual little souvenir spoon!
