    With 1947 Price List, Updated with 1957 Prices
    30 plus pages, bound with brads in cardboard folder.
    Illustrated with photos, drawings and two blueprints with
    descriptions and specifications of panic device locks,
    trim and accessories.
    There is a separate 4 page price list from 1947. The original
    date has been crossed out and Jan.1, 1957 has been written
    in along with updated price written next to the original prices.
    The catalog is in very good condition. There is a name written on the top of the front cover on the left side of the folder. There are a few small tears along the bottoms. Both covers are slightly dirty.  The inside pages are clean. There are no loose, torn or missing pages. On the 4 page price list, there are updated prices written in ink and some other writing.
